Candidate Screening, Selection & Submission.
People are unpredictable. Our 40 year history comes with a certain understanding of psychology and human behavior. With attrition being one of the most expensive byproducts of not having the best fit, we vet potential candidates with a strict protocol. When you receive an applicant from us, our diligence has been completed and filters the best possible personnel.
Offers & Onboarding.
As a liaison working on your behalf, Meridian handles the onboarding process which includes offers and the negotiation between employer and employee. This can be as inclusive or hands off based on your comfort level. Our team is fluent in industry compensation packages, and its our goal to align all expectations on the front and back ends. We work for you.

Meridian knows that companies are in different stages of onboarding, so we created a three tiered pricing structure to fit your preference.
Tiered Pricing / Choose what fits best for you
“Our compensation and your staffing needs align at the end of the day regardless of the tier that your organization chooses. We offer three options for engagement. In essence, a fiscal roadmap that makes sense to you. Another caveat by working with us is our desire to be a long term partner. We want to have stake in your business, so we offer split payment options that include equity trade for partial placement fees. ”
Tier 1
CONTINGENCY ONLY / 30%
This tier operates on a percentage of the annual salary of our placements. There are no time restrictions for this option. If you have an open position, we will work ongoingly to find the perfect candidate no matter how long it takes. (NON-EXCLUSIVE)
Tier 2
RETAINER + CONTINGENCY HYBRID / 25%
In this option, we share the cost of business. This hybrid approach lowers the overall costs. Our retainer fee is 1/3 of the projected recruitment fee for the placement. EmployCrypto will receive the remainder of the fee once a candidate is placed. (NON-EXCLUSIVE)
Tier 3
RETAINER ONLY / 20%
When you choose our retainer model, we set solid expectations on duration of search assignment. During this process, EmployCrypto will not share final phase candidates with other firms. This ensures that you have first right of hire. (EXCLUSIVE)
