Drives company growth by preparing accurate, competitive bids for commercial fire sprinkler projects ($20K to multi-million dollar scope). Leverages local fire codes and plan specifications to ensure bid precision, project clarity, and alignment with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Estimating: Prepare detailed cost estimates for diverse commercial sectors, including industrial/warehouses, K-12/higher education, retail, and medical facilities.

• Plan & Spec Analysis: Review construction plans, engineering drawings, and project specifications to compile accurate material, labor, and scope requirements.

• Code Compliance: Apply thorough knowledge of local fire codes, NFPA standards, and municipal regulations to all bid preparations.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to clarify scopes, address plan discrepancies, and ensure bid accuracy.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain company standards for safety, professionalism, and industry reputation throughout the bidding process.
