Director of Bus Dev Insights / Analytics

What You'll Do
Maintain technology insights: Gain and maintain a working knowledge of our technology domains and roadmaps including key capabilities as they pertain to partners
Meet with Partners: Connect with partners and prospects to explain upcoming solutions from a tech point of view and gather business requirements
Capture Business Requirements: Bring together partner feedback on new concepts and ideas to develop anticipated user journeys in partnership with marketing and communicate business requirements to product and technology teams
Collaborate with Product and Technology: work closely with design, product and technology teams around EG to ensure that product design and releases are viable in the market and designed to ease onboarding
Keep Learning: You will work to continually build knowledge about our products, capabilities, usage, and future partner needs
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred or equivalent and 5+ years in new product development, technical sales or similar role - 10+ years experience overall
Ability to quickly understand new technology offerings and explain them in simple terms to others
Strong communications and presence with clients/partners
Experience driving positive outcomes through technical insights
Very strong interpersonal skills (externally and internally at all levels)
Ability to define strategic priorities
Experience working across teams, and leading without direct authority to achieve results
Engineering and/or product development experience a plus!
Compensation:
Base Salary: $175,000/yr - $210,000/yr
