COO / Chief of Staff
As the COO, you will lead and support key processes and drive operational effectiveness initiatives and improvements.
Overview:
· Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, maintaining and improving processes
· Manage corporate governance formalities for the firm, funds, and related entities
· Manage external relationships with vendors and counterparties, including law firms, external consultants,
service providers and other vendors
· Coordinating with Fund administrators to set up and maintain structures
· Overseeing of company hiring processes and employee productivity.
· Maintaining and building trusted relationships with key professional firms and suppliers to ensure the best
service levels and value for money are achieved
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a private equity/ fund/ Asset manager, operations role
· Familiarity with investment funds and related operational processes and regulations
· Familiarity with crypto / blockchain as well as traditional products (equities, futures/options)
· Experience in looking at legal arrangements, investment agreements, contract negotiation, and
investment-related processes
Compensation:
Base pay range: $250,000/yr - $350,000/yr
